It costs between $1,000 and $2,000 for what Novalogic is doing to apply to get a trademark/service mark, so I wouldn't call it all smoke and mirrors.

A few of their trademarks over the years went dead and that can add up financially. Just look at Cuba Libre, they abandoned it and it cost them about $1600.00 .

So I think we can all say that once Nova gets new trademark finally registered we are guaranteed to see the game in less then a year.

Lets hope Angel Falls gets registered and I am sure once Nova does this we will be told more info.
