i didn't wet myself when i got on the ladder and the little girl teleported in front of me, or when i was just happened to be in a hallway and the ceiling was covered in blood and i walked up to the door on the other side. it just freaked me out a little. but not like "standard" encounters with freaks in doom3, that made me jump.
