in the u.s.a he would be charge for throwing a missile projectile at some one! like a rocks on a over pass, kids drop on cars coming under the over passes , something would be for hurling hedgehog the needle (spine's) at other it can do damage to the victim body and if it hit the eye's would damage them for life.
