i am resetting this Pc now, basic its clean install going now
so heads up write down normal password and if you use pin numbers save that to!
if you using pin number to log-in good time make a new password incase you need it saved

Put computer and password in big steel box
Bolt box to floor and lock with key and padlock
Throw away key and never have problem again.
