did you borrow game to use? or got from a friend to keep?
you would need their user name and password to be-able to use it then!
games can't change hands unless the owner of the game get NL to release to key code to give it away or hand over the account information to you to use totally. other wise it wouldn't work
key-code are purity much lock unless novalogic, inc tech support release it by the owner of the account ask them to do it, this has to happen before they give it away
if the game was open before you walkout the store and then some one may have copy the key-code before it was sold to use it.
