If you as the server has a fire wall up it may be the prob, also what windows are you using ? depending on the hub you are using e.i if a 10meg if you transfer files it will cause problems when a game is going. Are you network setting all e.g. mshome ?
Also does everyone have the same version of DFLW? and EXP?
