Definitely listen to Simon on this one. It's not a lot of money, but I'm shelling out $45 a month for Vent server, web hosting and some other stuff to run my WoW guild. On top of that, I've got 50+ members to control and raids to run every night. Of course, the numbers in your squad won't compare to the ones in mine since WoW is a raiding game, but still...it is a lot of work to keep things going and to keep people in line. At your age, I'm guessing your younger, you'd be better off just joining a squad and letting someone else run it.
