what did the entire error message say? it's what is known as a Stop Error.. usually something like 0x0000001b blah blah ati3dag.dll page file in nonpaged area
write down the 0x0000 part of the error code.

you get a error like this

do the following Alt & D you get full detail of the error when its up at the time you can copy it all inside small box that will showup under the error message box
