I've seen some face skins for BHD by Swifty Helen, creepy ghoulish stuff.
Trouble is she doesn't map, more of an artist she recons. I'm sure she would modify or create DDS bitmaps for you though. She's a nice lady.
Haven't seen her much lately but you could PM or drop a message on her profile. I can ask her next time I see her if you want or then again she may spot this thread.
