i remember reading a new bhd update (wich is not an addon as we dont buy updates in the shop)would be out around the 20th and the mod tools would be out after.i also remember marcus beer or some1 similar telling even stressing the mod tools and terrain editor would be especially for bhd.
if that turns out to be false i would call that false advertisement wich is illegal .
.they have stated the mod tools will be free 2 download after the new bhd update
