fair review, you are entitled to your opion yes there are issues, now let me explain some of the issues.
1,numerous bad spawn points thoughout the maps in mutliplayer, well i cant explain that 1 sry since i am only responsable for LoA_SubBay
2,over hundred building and other glitches ,
thats no lie and this is why the buildings and vehicals were grabed from comanche 4, which is a helicopter game. which means that the objects were not made for a person to run up to and interact with.issues with the terrains, the terrains are in cpt format and a few have made converters but there versions only come so close to what nova uses so untill a cpt plugin is released by nova the terrains will allways have issues, but hell they were better then nothing.
3.a ton of installing errors or problems ,
i had no problems,but im sure a few did and most i talked to and helped,had tried all sorts of things except to down load unzip to a new folder and hit install and LET THE INSTALLER do its job then delete the folder.
4.the weapon models are kinda bare if you look close enough you will see that the oicw is the same model just extacted from the dflw game
the m-4a1sd is just a car 15 with a bad modeled silencer on the end.
the rpk 74 is a re colored m-60
the sig 550 is too small looks like a toy gun in the soldiers hand the m 20 is just a recolor of the m-21 with another badly modeled silencer on it.
Let me answer all this giberish nice and easy like, the weapon models are all the same 3di that come with the game seeing how the 3di code hasnt realy been cracked the only thing we could do was retexture old models and change there abilities like the m20 is a retextured m21 model but its codeing was changed to make a new gun,i changed its scope distance,sounds, the ammo type and strength that it fired and the amount of ammo supplied to it. and like i said before beats nothing.
5.but the fact they hurried this mod before the public release of team sabre gave it alot of stuff that could have been fixed
Did we rush the mod maybe maybe not i can tell you this we ran out of room, the file we had to use to add stuff only allows so many entries and well we maxed it out.
im sry you didnt like it we did spend months working on it,keep in mind we all have real lives with families and jobs.so time is limited. besides if you dont like it, it can be uninstalled for the same price you paid for it.....
