What are you going on about chief? dfhq.net is mirroring that file with the name dfbhd-EXPInstall.zip, we renamed it because of how our file system is setup. It's No different what so ever from the original. And I don't know what you are going on about lag, but mirroring the download just means uploading it to another server and providing a link. it's better for many people to host it to spread the bandwith around and lessen server loads.
