PROBLEM:
Can't get the Mission Editor run on either Windows 2000 or XP operating systems?

RESOLUTION:
Windows 2000 & XP do not like to run compressed executables.
And our editor is one.
Nothing we can do at this time, we\'d have to release a full update of the editor client, which would be rather huge.
