PROBLEM:
I have seen another player in a multiplayer game cheating.
RESOLUTION:
We have a strict policy about cheating. If you as sure that another player is cheating, please contact our Customer Support department either via email at
support@novalogic.com or telephone at 818-878-0325.
We will need to know the following information:
1. The Game Server Name (e.g. "Irene 2")
2. The player\'s name
3. The team the player is on (team games only)
4. What the player is doing (speeding, running through walls, etc.)
Please understand that just because a particular player consistently scores very high or seems to kill you every time, they are not necessarily a cheater. Some players are just exceptionally skilled at playing the game. Please be sure that the suspected cheater is doing something out of the ordinary before contacting us.
