I'm thinking #1 is better
tips on #2
1. The graphics(world industries?) are useless, they don't go at all with the sig, they look out of place
2. Take out those graphics and that box on the side, and change your text to a nice pixel font
tips on #1
1. Try putting a bit of color into it, b&w and even times monotone sigs are very hard to pull off
2. Maybe not such a big border because it takes away from the render (I like the render I might add)
3. Try de-bevelling the border, un-bevelled borders go well with 3d sigs
4. Try a pixel font with this one too
