I use psp7 and a good site for psp tutorials would be
www.pinoy7.com some really good tuts that could help you get started
If you need help with it give me a shout. I have been working with psp7 for a few years now. Won't use anything besides psp. Have tried photoshop trials and don't like it one bit.
