I meant that question rhetorically bro, I don't see how anyone can really know the answer other than Kobe (and I have heard of him and the case) and the woman involved in this case.
Rape is a dreadful crime and if he's guilty, he needs to feel the full weight of the law however, if this is a case of a false charge against him, then the woman invovled needs to be punished.
As I said in my previous post, how in the hell can you or I or anyone else that wasn't there possibly have any idea what did happen?
