What I suggest you do after entering the lobby is to load the "Big List", then click the "Game Type" header to sort the columns by game i.e. AD, CTF, DM etc. Then check out the flags in the left hand column to find the Euro servers and then a game with a fair number of players in it. To find out if Tracers are on or off, click the three "???" in the right hand column which will give you details of who's in the game, whether tracers are on or not etc., etc.
