Yes it happens even for my multi-player characters when i try to host. They will stay.....as long as i don't shut down/re-boot my PC.(speaking of which....i think it needs a good BOOT!!
And "C/R" i'm not sure on what it is your talking about...but i'm pretty certain i do not have that on my pc. I only have win 98 2nd edition.
