You can upload your picture directly from your PC as a thumbnail - select
Manage Attachments below.
To use the forum tools to display an image simply type or paste the url into the form
Insert Image
Also you can link your picture from an online host or your own server like so

To display Youtube videos it's the same process only use the following format and leave everything out except the last code bit

Only use this part
J91_LJ50yO4
replace IMG with yt or YouTube and paste J91_LJ50yO4 in between.
