Found out what it is....at least what it was for me.

Go to Start > Control Panel > See if it says "Switch to classic View" or "Switch to category View." > Click on switch to classic view if it says it. > Double click on Network Connections > Find your ethernet connection an right click on it. > Click on properties. > Highlight TCP/IP and click install > Find protocol > Find IPX/SPX, then click it and then click ok.

It should work now.
