If you move/backup DFBHD from a previous Operating System and put in in your new O/S it will have Ownership and security settings cross linked with the previous O/S user.
You must remove the old permissions and change the Ownership of the Game files to the current Admin group. Right click DFBHD folder. Select Properties.
Select Security
Select Advanced
Select Ownership and edit from there giving yourself (Username) full access
