And We'll have to see if we can Get the go Ahead and Install on the GAK Main server so that more players can join than what yours or my Connections can handle.
I think the ones in charge have been informed, just a matter of them giving the green light to proceed.
It does stink that so many clans/squads/groups have to resort to this though, as it pretty much eliminates freely jumping from one clans server to another.
Makes matters worse when different groups are using Different VPN programs as well, EasyVPN, Hamachi, Tunngle, BattleLAN, etc etc.
Then having to post this info at a central source for others outside of each group to join in, etc.
My Old BHD clan, I was informed their actually Ditching BHD, aside from a LAN server and Moving on to Bad Company 2 now. With all this that has gone on now with Novaworld, as they also Played AW2 mod in JO, and are stuck unable to play that.
But back to EasyVPN, As we found out with some of our own members, some of them, could not connect to our EasyVPN LAN servers the other day, until they uninstalled Hamachi and rebooted, once that was done, they could connect to the LAN server. They had no problem logging in to the network created on easyVPN, but couldn't see the LAN games.
at least now we got it ironed out for the most part.
First it was DFBarracks, now its the Novaworld Network, and here it is Friday, and STILL no Novaworld, but makes one wonder whats next?
Did Novalogic plan some sort of Inspector Gadget, "This Game Will Self Destruct In 10 Seconds." code into the game or something?
As to Angel Falls, after seeing the post above about the Cancellation, and from my own suspicions...
The Other day while I was talking to my Brother on the phone, he was at Gamestop, and I had him take a look at the future release dates for PC games, Delta Force Angel Falls was no longer listed, and it was listed in there earlier this year/late last year.
So maybe there's some truth to the cancellation after all.
Look what happened to the so called "The Unit" game, then a year later Angel Falls was announced/pics leaked out, and here it is 2 years later and nothing.
now back in the Spring a Youtube Video with a supposed new Game engine that Nova was working on, being run on a 3 Display ATI Eyefinity Setup.
Makes one wonder is Nova actually working on something, something new, or are they just planning yet another release of their current games... perhaps a "Delta Force 11th Anniversary Combined Arms Gold Platinum Pack Extreme Edition"?
