I wouldn't advise that.
What I would do is copy the BHD folder again and make another folder for the next MOD.
Just repeat the process for each MOD that you install.
It doesn't hurt to have several BHD folders. I've had as many as 3 DFX mods installed before. One was a MOD that my friend was working on, and one was the Bearforce MOD, and one was the Special ops MOD for DFX.
