I've always been a little like you Chrispy. Trying too look at everything scientifically and try to find a reasonable explanation for things.
But that was not possible with God. He just took me away.
Scientific theories have always been dis proven at one time or another. no matter how big or small.
Such as when people had the theory that the sun moves around the earth. or when people had the theory that the earth was flat.
Tell me one thing about the Bible that has yet to be disproved by using science or has yet to be disproved at all? as far as I know, Science has only theories that contradict the Bible. So what makes the two opinions differ? which is exactly how god wants it. because once again it totally leaves the choice up to you and not based on facts.
