It's all about the connection
It's good, great location. In the city but not too close to the core (Parking actually exist haha, within walking distance to the city core). Parts of it renovated quite recently. Big rooms and lots of storage. Kitchen is always too small haha, nah it's nice, big enough to have 4-6 people dining in there. Lit up well with lots of windows. Oh and there's a FIBER CONNECTION!!
It's 56 square meters, for those that are familiur with the metric system
