A lot of people say they hate Comcast internet... The trick I think is to get business class at your home... It's a little bit more a month but the service is very reliable and always fast. I also get a live support person within minutes 24/7 and same day onsite support. I also don't seem to get throttled on bit torrent and there are no bandwidth caps.
The only downside I have with it is that I can't bundel it with my tv service for a better rate
