will can you open any application when you get to desktop?

if yes
1.) do anything you like to get that image on desktop
2.) press Print Scrn/ sysRg (it will taken a snapshot)
3.) open image software application (past in image)

print-key has taken a copy of the desktop, be included in the image it did when you press Print-key

*don't know if it will work or not, my feel your monitor is bad and the snapshot will only show full details and not whats on the monitor screen. will show what it should be shown
