over here if the police cant keep up ( which isnt too often considering most of the PSNI cars seem to be high performance now) they simply send up a heli then set-up a road block, if need be using these
that'll stop a car no problem
and it means they can safely stop the car and deal with the nasty estate throwing rocks at the same time
, and despite their appearance they are fast
