Yep, it was scary. I wasn't too suprised, as you guys did say the first build sometimes doesn't turn out that right.
So yeah, as I said I was completely lucky. Like I said in my first paragraph I plugged the 4-pin into the processor and could have fried everything, and the heatsink (which ath said was the hardest for him

) wasn't evenly locked down, so the CPU was at boiling point.
I might have to wait another week or so to get a new XP sent to me, because the one that was sent gave me errors during install, so we all reckon it wasn't burned correctly.
Oh man, I'm gonna have a lot of new games to try out. I've never played any "beefy" games before - no, not on this GeForce 5500 I haven't.
