i asked today and i got the standard government official answer.
weather balloon, said some1 found 1 and was mailing it back to the weather service and the battery started leaking.
ever knotice every time ya ask what it is or was it was a weather balloon?
it wasnt a UFO it was a weather balloon, it wasnt a black helicopter it was a weather balloon, it wasnt a crashed experimental aircraft it was a weather balloon, it wasnt a russian mig over alaska that you saw it was a weather balloon, it wasnt a convoy of multinational troops you saw, a weather balloon lost altitude and went to close to the ground.
maby it was,in my experiance when federal employes start talking weather ballons start thinking something else, ya can see a film and it have enough detail to revil ET himself and thell say it was a weather balloon.
