I self-ported (I even went through the trouble of converting every single index in the texture maps of every single player terrain). 8D
And I checked the heightmap... all 0,0,0s and 1,1,1s in that area.
I think it's just the slope next to it that's making it act weird... I mean the slope a little southwest of there, on the same side of the road, has a funny flicker to it, too... but the flicker is actually on the slope though. XD
