My Friend Has A Theory about GTA 4 Cops being racist:
He waz driving along escaping from police the 4 LCPD cars wer behind him and he saw a group of Jews on the corner. The LCPD cars all crashed into the jews and carried on the chase . they hit the jews even though they hadnt crashed into a car they just swearved for no reason.
