It depends how you're typing it.

Try using all uppercase, or all lowercase. Don't use dashes "-" too.

So let's say the key said:

ABCD-1244-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP

Type it like this:

abcd1244efghijklmnop

This is not a real key too - just an example.

Also be careful, as some letters will look the same as others. Look CAREFULLY at the sticker that tells you the key. For example, a number "5" may look like an "S", and "1" could be mistaken as a "l" letter.

And please, explain as much as possible too when asking questions like this. At least tell how you actually typed the key out.
