Get it resolved?
Static IP you have to know the DNS for your ISP.
You go into network options > right click on the network adapter > Click properties > Select TCP/IP > Click properties > Put dot next to use this IP address. Then you assign it a local ip like 192.168.0.10 or something like that subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 default gateway generally is 192.168.0.1 but you can check in IPCONFIG to make sure. Then you put in the DNS addresses from your ISP.
then use DMZ on that IP
