you will need to set a static ip in windows and then go to the lan clients tab to make sure it shows as a static and if it does he will need to add it so that the router does not try to assign it to another computer and then set the virtual servers page to that ip address. That should take care of it for you. If you contact your tech support they may be able to walk you through it or if we can figure out a way to talk besides the forum ill walk you through it.
