Feel free. I wouldn't mind hearing some new workout styles and plans. Apparently, I've hit a benching plateau, which kind of pisses me off. I was bumping my max bench up about 5 pounds every other week for a very long time. My max has been stuck at 280 for over two months now. I wanted to hit 315 before the end of the summer so it looks like I'll have to change my routine. I've heard a lot of good things about Bill Star's 5x5 plan...might give it a go.
