ok, i did everything yall said but didnt find anything and it got real weird, 1st i couldnt sustain a connection more than 10sec and it would hang up and had to restart to disscinnect , and then the sound went out and couldnt get it back and then the screen got green dots on it and the pc froze up.
i got tired of screwing with it so i deleted the entire partition, formatted 3 times and reinstalled windows, so far so good it hasnt done anything strange.
