Thnx for the uploader Scott!

Everything works great the uploader uploads the files however once they are in the specified folder I can not move them or copy them back to my computer. I am unable to change the permission of the files either. They are set at 600 and there UID is apache as well as there GID being apache.

Does anyone know what I can do to correct this problem because I need access to these files once they are uploaded.
