Okay, so it's a mod, but you stick it in the addons folder. Once you do, fire up ArmA and go to the in-game MED. In the Insert box, find the Side list, and select ''Resistance''. You should see something like ''NeM - Zombies'' or whatever. If you can't see jack all, it could be your version of ArmA.
