so hang on, your hard drive capacity is 1 gigabyte? or thats how much you have left? and your total RAM(memory) is 700 megabytes? As far as I know, the blue screen of death is caused by poorly-written device drivers, faulty memory, a corrupt Registry, or incompatible DLLs. What operating system are you using?
If you really have a 1 gb hard drive and 700mb memory, i would suggest you to upgrade.
