Dunno about that.
However, if you want a waypoint you have to follow yourself, go to ''Waypoints'' and select ''Blue Team Waypoint''. If you want the waypoint assigned to another person, open up its attributes and select the waypoint from there. It must be in a group however for it to move and follow the waypoint.
