Well EXCLUSIVE allows e-mails only from people you have in your ADDRESS BOOK. Rest goes to junk. Add the people you want to get mail from in the address book. Rest is crap anyway!

P.S. I'm talking about HOTMAIL and !(OUTLOOK)
