I blame the employer for not changing the password. I remember being called at 6am to come into work when the old MIS got fired. They had me changing passwords when they were talking to him. Everything was done before they walked him out of the building.
Stupid companies like this. Someone along with the hacker should be throw in jail and/or fined.. They are the ones causing all this data theft. Not changing passwords after employees leave, leaving a laptop with 15 million names + social security numbers in the car etc etc...
