we have The Right to Protest in America, it's just the fact you have to do it in a reasonable fashion, I'm quite sure you can protest with more than twenty people, maybe after twenty people you need some sort of security there, such as a police officer, or something else which you see a lot during protests to keep the peace, but there has been addition to it where no one can protest 500 ft near a soldier funeral.
