DF:TFD punting
When I host a game, many times all the guys playing start to get punted. They stay in the game for about a minute or two and then get punted out.
One suggestion was to adjust the Timeout Box in the hosting options, but this didn't help. Another suggestion was when a guy joins, he should immediately begin firing his weapon a bunch (like a clip or two!) to let the game know that he wasn't being idle (again, another Timeout concern). I'm not sure this really helped either.
We've all patched our games, and I have DSL, so it shouldn't be my connection. It also doesn't occur with every map, just a few, but usually in co-op. I've wondered if it just has to do with certain maps that are big and co-op playing, like passing all that data could be loading down the networking capabilities or something...I don't know.
