man i would think they put some light yellow flashing as a warning so people can get know whats ahead.
in US miami fl in a area they put up speed bumps they car mfg sue the crap out of the city and won the case totally for all the repair they had to do to the car's.
freaking speed bump were 2ft high and 4ft wide and 10ft long. it total out the frame's of some of cars, when they was hit going 20mph, not to say other things were damage ether.
city remove the badly made speed bumps with small trip speed bumps each roll were: 2inch high by 3inch wide by 10ft long a set of 8-10 in a roll covering a area of 3ft x 10ft area, when a person hit them its like hitting a pothole in the road.
