ya gota watch him for a few weeks and learn his habbits and routeans and figure out the best way to eleminate the target, gota pick a spot and a method for maximum efectivness and least number of witnesses, preferrably no witness at all.
if ya use a gun, use penetrabl rounds and get him where there is a long distance behind him so the round goes so far after initial impact that the feds cant find it, so no ballistics to report, and pick up your spent casings, they can get a fingerprint from a casing.
if at all possable fire only 1 shot, right behind the ear, it takes out the base of the brain and spinal cord and turnes them off like a switch.
and if ya want to really throw the feds off, use a smaller round fired from another rifle put it in a sabot in a larger calibur rifle at a lower velocity,as not to fully penetrate so they spend their time looking for that rifle instead of yours.
