Routers

I have 2 WRT54G from linksys and 5 static IP's I got with my new 8.0/2.0mb business cable connection. I'm going to be hosting some things from home so I'm trying to become a network admin here. Heres my setup right now:

1 Personal Cable connection with a Linksys WRT54G router hosting 2 computers. I use this for my daily internet surfing & laptop..

1 Business class cable connection and a linksys WRT54G router for hosting. I am using the router soley for the SPI firewall, because a hardware firewall is much better then a software firewall. And if I can figure this out I will be able to network all 3 computers together with 2 seperate connections and 2 routers for my home network to be able to manage my 3rd computer (the server) over my network.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish:

First to get the 2nd router to take at least 2 of the static IP's either using DCHP or not. And then run a cable from my first router into the second NIC installed into my server computer so I can manage this network locally. Over the internet is not an option. Anyone have any clues?

For the visual people, here is an image I made up quick..
