you know to sale some land you must stand on the grounds or live in the area to have contour of it, other wise it con job.
will i think if anyone is to sale any of it, NASA has that right to do. but again if any large amount of dirt/dust is remove from it can be really bad for this planet. it is in balance check right now, by removing / adding any dirt / buildings it it be come unbalance.
